About the Role:
Azaya Marketing is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN) to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and experience driving technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Native Hindi speaker (mandatory)
• 4–6 years full-stack experience, including 2+ years in the UAE
• Strong hands-on MERN stack expertise
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git/GitHub, and application architecture
• Ability to mentor juniors, lead projects, and optimize complex systems

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and code review experience
