Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end development and delivery of robust, scalable software solutions. This role requires both backend and frontend development expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile, cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for designing and implementing application components across the entire technology stack from interactive user interfaces to high-performance APIs and optimized databases. Working closely with software engineers, you will help drive technical innovation, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure that solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and maintainability. Your contributions will directly impact the quality, reliability, and user experience of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST APIs and UI components using Node.js, PHP/Laravel, and React.js (or similar).
• Design, implement, and optimize MySQL and Elasticsearch databases (schema, queries, indexes, migrations).
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA, and product teams to deliver features in Agile sprints.
• Implement caching (Redis/Memcached), troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance.
• Write unit/integration tests, maintain technical documentation, and participate in code reviews.
• Enforce secure coding practices, access control, and platform data protection.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous team improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on full stack development (Node.js, PHP/Laravel, React.js or similar).
• Strong database expertise (MySQL and Elasticsearch), including schema design and optimization.
• Experience with REST API development, integrations, and cloud deployment (Linux/Kubernetes preferred).
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing
