Senior Full Stack Developer

Technical Team Lead 3–5 years ( Laravel + ReactJS) - Only F2F Interview

Key Responsibilities:

1️ System Architecture: Translate business needs into scalable system blueprints – workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.

2️ Technical Leadership: Define coding standards, review architecture & code, and mentor junior developers.

3️ Frontend Expertise: Build responsive ReactJS + TailwindCSS UIs with API-driven state management.

4️ Backend Development: Create secure, scalable Laravel APIs, handle queues, caching (Redis), and background jobs.

5️ Database & Integrations: Optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL schemas and develop REST APIs for third-party integrations.

6️ Customization: Build custom apps, widgets, and CRM workflows (Cloud & On-Premise).

7️ DevOps Collaboration: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and coordinate AWS deployments (EC2, S3, RDS).

8️ Quality Assurance: Ensure pre-approved technical blueprints, well-documented APIs, and bug-free delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
