Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Technology Stack:

Angular 12+, .NET Core 8, SQL Server 2019 Enterprise Edition, Redis, SQL Lite, OData

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Engineer responsible for end-to-end performance, security, and release optimization across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers. This role will focus on improving system speed, scalability, and resilience while ensuring compliance with modern white-box, grey-box, and black-box testing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Profile and optimize Angular 12+ components, applying lazy loading, OnPush strategy, and efficient data handling.

· Analyze and refactor .NET Core 8 APIs for performance, scalability, and security.

· Optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, indexes, and implement advanced features like partitioning, materialized views, columnstore Indexes, In-Memory OLTP, Query Store, controls (CPU, memory, and I/O resource allocation), Scale-Out with Sharding.

· Conduct release management optimization: IIS tuning, caching strategies, connection pooling, and CI/CD performance improvements.

· Collaborate with product leadership to define and achieve measurable performance goals.

· Conduct and close pen testing issues ensuring adherence to OWASP standards.

· Design scalable microservices-ready architecture for long-term growth.

Required Skills

· 8+ years of full-stack development experience in Angular, .NET Core, and SQL Server.

· Expert in SQL Server performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and partitioning.

· Strong understanding of IIS performance configuration and Redis caching.

· Hands-on with performance profiling tools (.NET Profiler, SQL Profiler, Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse).

· Experience in microservices design, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment pipelines.

· Knowledge of OWASP and security testing tools (Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP).

Preferred Skills / Experience

· Experience optimizing enterprise-grade web platforms handling large data sets.

· Background in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline performance tuning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Reduce page load time to under 2 seconds for major modules.

· Achieve 60% reduction in average API response time.

· Resolve 100% of identified pen testing issues within SLA.

· Implement database improvements reducing query execution time below 2 second
