Senior GC Estimator (US Market)

We’re Hiring: GC Estimator (General Contractor Estimator)
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift)
Market: US Construction Industry

We are a fast-growing construction estimation firm serving the US market, looking for an experienced and detail-oriented GC Estimator to join our team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, bid documents, and specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material estimates using software like PlanSwift or Bluebeam
• Prepare cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines
• Assist in preparing final bid packages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 3–5 years of estimation experience (US market preferred)
• Proficiency in estimating tools such as PlanSwift or Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of CSI divisions and construction materials/methods
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred: Experience with RSMeans, knowledge of US building codes, ability to manage multiple projects
