Job Summary:
The
Senior Graphic Designer
will be responsible for developing and designing innovative and visually compelling content that supports the company’s brand objectives and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a design leader, capable of transforming ideas into effective and impactful visual solutions, with the ability to guide and mentor the design team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-quality visual designs across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and creative standards.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure design aligns with the business message and overall brand strategy.

Provide innovative design solutions and creative approaches to complex design challenges.

Supervise and mentor junior designers or the design team as needed, including reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.

Prepare final files for print or digital publishing at the highest quality.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a proven track record of high-quality projects.

Advanced skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other digital design tools.

Experience designing digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and print advertising.
