Senior Graphic Designer (No Template)

Firstly Read carefully:

We are looking for a true creator, not just an editor. If your work depends on ready-made templates from Figma, Canva, or Adobe, this role is not for you.

We need someone who can think originally and design unique, creative concepts from scratch. Please apply only if you meet the requirements and can deliver creative work independently. This way, you won’t waste your time or ours.

Responsibilities:

• Creative Designing: Think out-of-the-box and design original concepts (no templates).
• Web & UI/UX: Design modern, user-friendly websites and interfaces.
• Branding: Develop logos, brochures, flyers, and brand identity kits.
• Social Media: Create eye-catching posts, graphics, and trending short reels.
• Marketing Collateral: Design for campaigns, digital ads, and promotional materials.

Tools and Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) – Full expertise.
• Figma knowledge –> A plus.
• UI/UX knowledge –> A plus.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to turn ideas into impactful visuals.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in BFA / Computer Science (preferred from NCA, LUMS, FAST, COMSATS, NUST, PUCIT, etc.).
• 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or design company.
• Proven portfolio of creative and unique designs.

Compensation:

• Salary: Open budget, we value creativity, and we’ll pay according to your talent and the uniqueness of your work, if you have. (Bracket started from 150K)
