Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Team Lead to join our team. This role requires not only exceptional design skills but also strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor a team of designers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in branding, digital and print design, and the ability to oversee multiple projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Conceptualize and execute creative designs for branding, social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and other digital/print materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and design outputs.
• Review, approve, and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage workload, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and present design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across digital and print platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
