Senior Group Administrator

  • preparing group business bills in due date
  • issuing the group business contracts ,reviewing and applying the change upon request
  • perform the daily transaction recived from the client ,brokers and sales team (Addition ,Deletion and complains )
  • Preparing the broker commission agreement for each case
  • Follow on the cases activation process and insure the cards delivery in time
  • Maintain weekly reports and FRA inquiries
  • Filling the official documents ,correspondences

  • 2-5 years experience in group life/medical/credit or pension insurance operation.
  • Expert with excel
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
