The Stack & The Mission
Meta Ads Specialist: You aren’t just “boosting posts.” You’re architecting high-intent B2B lead gen campaigns (Instant Forms + LP Funnels) targeting SaaS founders and CTOs.

CRO & Funnels: You own the conversion rate. You’ll be A/B testing landing pages and ad creative to turn “expensive clicks” into “high-value leads.”

Automation Pipelines: You build the “glue.” When a lead hits, your automated sequences (Make/Zapier) handle the enrichment, lead scoring, and instant follow-ups.

AI-Driven Sales: You’ll use AI tools to personalize outreach at scale and optimize our sales scripts based on real-time market feedback.

What We’re Looking For
The Track Record: Proven experience scaling Meta Ads spend for B2B SaaS or high-ticket technical services.

The Builder Mindset: You don’t just suggest strategies; you build the automation pipelines that execute them.

AI Fluency: You understand the AI/Web Dev landscape well enough to sell it. You know the difference between a “wrapper” and a “custom RAG solution.”

Outcome Obsessed: You don’t report on “impressions.” You report on Pipeline Value and Cost Per SQL.
