Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive corporate training strategy aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Develop customized training modules, workshops, and e-learning programs focused on sustainability, leadership, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers and instructional designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with corporate clients to assess their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and best practices in corporate training and sustainability.
  • Stay updated on new developments in sustainable practices and training methodologies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications in Training and Development is a strong asset.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in corporate training, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs, preferably in sustainability or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility. Results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
