About The Job

A Learning and Development (L&D) Executive designs, implements, and manages employee training programs to enhance skills, performance, and career growth. Key duties include conducting training needs analysis, delivering workshops, coordinating e-learning, managing L&D budgets, and measuring training effectiveness. They align learning strategies with business goals to improve productivity.

1.Training Needs Analysis

· Identify skill gaps through assessments, feedback, and performance data

· Coordinate with department heads to understand role-specific training needs

2.Training Planning & Design

· Develop annual and periodic training plans aligned with business goals

· Design training programs (behavioral, safety, leadership, compliance)

· Customize content based on employee roles and competency levels

3.Mandatory & Compliance Training

· Track and ensure completion of mandatory trainings for all staffs in an organization.

4.Training Evaluation & Effectiveness

· Collect feedback and measure training impact

· Recommended improvements based on evaluation results.

5.Learning Culture & Engagement

· Introduce new learning methods and tools

· Encourage employee participations and engagement

6.Continuous Improvement

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

· Recommended new programs to enhance workforce capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
