Job Summary
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Operations Manager, the Senior Holidays Coordinator plans, organizes, and creates holiday packages combining tour and travel components tailored to clients’ requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance, international driving licenses, and vehicle hire.

Determine clients’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages.

Organize travel arrangements from start to finish, including tickets, accommodation, transportation, and tours.

Research destinations and travel options regarding prices, customs, weather, and reviews.

Provide travelers with relevant information and travel/holiday materials (guides, maps, event programs, etc.).

Make reservations (normal and interline) per customer requirements.

Handle visa enquiries and travel insurance.

Create and update electronic records of clients.

Prepare and use promotional techniques and materials to sell tour packages.

Handle unforeseen problems and complaints, determining eligibility for refunds.

Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on tourism trends.

Maintain relationships with key contacts.

Respond promptly and professionally to all calls.

Create attractive ready-made and tailor-made tour packages.

Issue manual cash receipts when the cashier is unavailable.

Submit necessary vouchers for all services to the accounting department on time.

Comply with company rules, policies, regulations, and dress code.

Participate in weekly meetings with the Operations Manager.

Maintain professional image as per organizational standards.

Ensure reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all duties.

Maintain personal grooming and presentation at all times.
Education Requirements

Diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or an equivalent field.
Language Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
-
3 to 4 years of experience in Travel, Hotel, or Airlines.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts.

Technical Competencies

Knowledge of key holiday destinations

Broad knowledge of preparing tailored holiday packages and promotions
