Senior Hotel/Resort Manager

Job Summary:
Vallantica Hospitality & Leisure W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Hotel / Resort Manager to lead the overall operations, guest experience, and business performance of a premium hospitality property in Doha. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, optimizing revenue, and managing all departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. What you'll do:

• Oversee full hotel or resort operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
• Lead, manage, and develop department heads and operational teams
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service quality standards
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, budgets, and cost control
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service contracts
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive bookings and brand positioning
• Track KPIs and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and guest experience focus
• Ability to manage budgets, revenue, and operational performance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Knowledge of hospitality systems and operations is an advantage

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
