Job Title: Senior Human Resource Officer / Senior HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / Hospital Administrator
Location: Vedansh Super Specialty Hospital and Heart Centre

Job Summary:

The Senior HR is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures HR policies are implemented effectively to support the hospital’s goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection for all departments.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
  • Maintain updated manpower data and ensure timely hiring as per requirements.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Promote healthy communication between management and staff.
  • Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.

3. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely reviews.
  • Support department heads in evaluating and improving employee performance.

4. HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

5. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently across departments.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Handle disciplinary actions in line with organizational policies.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR; healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment practices, and HR software.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Work Schedule:

Timing - 9:00 AM - 6:00PM (Full-time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
