Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and executing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and Qatar Labor Law. Role supports strategic HR initiatives, leads day-to-day HR operations, and provides guidance to employees and management to maintain a productive, compliant, and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and candidate screening.
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure all hires meet required qualifications and company standards.
- Oversee onboarding procedures including documentation, orientation, and policy briefings.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth onboarding (IT access, uniforms, accommodation).
- Ensure proper exit process including clearance, final settlement, and exit interview.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and company standards.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues with professionalism.
- Support disciplinary processes and ensure documentation aligns with company policy.
- Verify and process monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HRIS systems.
- Manage leave, medical insurance, allowances, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Qatar Labor Law and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports for management, including manpower, turnover, and attendance.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, renewals, and visa documents.
- Coordinate annual and probation performance evaluations.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and addressing performance concerns.
- Recommend training or corrective actions based on performance outcomes.
- Assist in developing and improving HR policies, SOPs, and HR manuals.
- Support organizational development initiatives and HR strategic planning.
- Participate in audits, HR process improvements, and company-wide projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of solid HR experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
