- Labor Law Adherence:Ensure all HR activities comply with national, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Statutory Returns:Prepare and submit all required government returns, such as those related to Provident Fund (PF), Minimum Wages, and Employment Exchanges.
- Policy Guidance:Advise employees and management on company policies and procedures to ensure consistent understanding and adherence to legal requirements.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with policy and legal requirements.
HR Operations & Administration
- Payroll & Benefits:Oversee the processing of employee salaries and administer benefits programs.
- Employee Records:Manage the maintenance, updating, and security of all employee data and personnel files.
- HR Documentation:Prepare and issue employment-related letters, such as appointment, confirmation, and transfer letters.
- HRIS Management:Ensure the efficient operation and continuous updating of data within the company's Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Recruitment:Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and managing the hiring process.
- Onboarding:Create and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Performance Management:Assist in the execution of performance review procedures and training initiatives.
- Employee Relations:Handle and support employees with grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
- Employee Engagement:Organize and coordinate activities to foster employee engagement and a positive work environment.
