Senior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to play a key role in driving HR operations and performance management initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in HR processes, with a particular focus on performance evaluation frameworks, KPI/KRI-based assessments, and employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in managing core HR functions while contributing to strategic HR improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive employee performance management, including KPI & KRI scoring, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Prepare performance scorecards, dashboards, and improvement plans for management review.
  • Coordinate and monitor training & development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Head HR to implement HR strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support organizational culture in building employee engagement activities.

Key Requirements

  • MBA
  • 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of performance evaluation processes, KPI & KRI measurement, and scoring systems, and familiarity with HRMS.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
