Senior HR Executive

Trescon is looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, conducting employee engagement activities, and facilitating new hire orientation.

_ Key Responsibilities:_

Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Visit colleges if required and prepare presentation as needed to attract more qualified candidates who fit into the positions that are open with us.

Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

Monitor and evaluate employee performance, and provide coaching and feedback to support career growth.

HR Tools and Systems:

• Utilize HR tools and systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

• Maintain and update HRIS and ensure data accuracy.

• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee loyalty.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
