About the Role:
We’re hiring a proactive Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR processes, ensuring accuracy, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/HRMS system to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including resignations, clearances, and exit interviews.
  • Conduct screening, telephonic, and personal interviews; arrange technical interviews with departments.
  • Generate talent pipelines through job postings, social media platforms, and recruitment databases.
  • Build and strengthen employer branding by engaging with universities and attending career fairs.
  • Maintain departmental organograms and ensure timely processing of probationary evaluations.
  • Handle employee documentation, including bank letters, experience certificates, and warning letters.
  • Address employee grievances promptly and impartially, ensuring fair resolution in line with company policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist roles
  • Proficiency in FlowHCM or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
