Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in the RO and ETP Plant sector, particularly in wastewater treatment solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong industry contacts, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven track record of closing high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for RO plants, ETPs, and other industrial wastewater treatment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong PR and relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in working with EPCs, OEMs, or system integrators in the water treatment domain.
• Existing client portfolio is a strong plus.
