Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leaves, and support monthly payroll inputs.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, asset tracking, and basic IT coordination.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and resolve employee queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of HR & Admin experience.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
