Key Responsibilities:

The Senior HR Executive Male is responsible for managing all HR functions at the construction site including

· Workforce management.

· Compliance.

· Payroll coordination.

· Worker welfare.

· Recruitment support, and ensuring that site operations follow company policies and statutory regulations.

This role requires daily presence at the project site and office related outside work

Working Conditions

• Full-time onsite role at construction project location.
• Extended hours or weekend work may be required based on project needs.
• Frequent field movement within the site.
• Require only Male Candidates.

Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
