Technocrats Horizons is looking for an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our HR team. The HR Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing strategies to attract and retain top talent, and managing the recruitment team. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the hiring process is efficient and effective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Post- Graduation: MBA, MSC, and MCA in any specialization

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee recruitment strategies to fulfil the organization's staffing needs effectively.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Foster relationships with external recruiting agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources.
  • Maintain a robust presence on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Lead the entire selection process, encompassing initial screenings, face-to-face interviews, and reference checks.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural compatibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment methodologies to ensure the organization's recruitment approach remains contemporary.
  • Generate and present recruitment-related reports to senior management.
  • Effectively manage the recruitment budget while ensuring compliance with pertinent laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to outline job prerequisites and create job descriptions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record in a similar managerial role in Software Development industry
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to function autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Profound understanding of recruitment methodologies and processes.
  • Understanding and experience in hiring of technical profiles in the software development industry.
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in training and development within the recruitment domain.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
