About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. The role requires strong hands-on HR experience and the ability to independently handle HR functions while partnering with business stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Source, screen, interview, and close positions within defined TAT
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle confirmation, role changes, exits, and offboarding processes
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance documentation is up to date
Employee Engagement & Performance
- Support performance management processes (KRA/KPI, appraisals)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR communication
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolutions
Policy & Process Management
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Support HR process improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policies and culture
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- 5–6 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in mid-sized organizations
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws
- Experience handling payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, HR MIS, and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders
