Senior HR Executive strategically manages the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and retention, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance with laws, and fostering a positive, productive culture, often leading junior staff and overseeing complex HR functions like payroll, benefits, and policy creation. They act as a strategic partner, guiding leadership on talent matters, addressing high-level employee relations, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Lead sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations: Serve as a key contact for issues, manage conflict, and promote a positive environment.

Performance Management: Oversee reviews, provide coaching, and guide managers.

Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Training & Development: Design and deliver programs to enhance skills and careers.

Compensation & Benefits: Administer and manage benefits, payroll, and reward systems.

HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with business objectives and analyze metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
