Senior HR Executive

We are looking for young and dynamic HR professionals who will be responsible for managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee welfare, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EPF, ESI, industrial safety, and payroll systems, and will be a key player in managing manpower requirements across our Salem and Erode locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions across the dealership.
  • EPF & ESI Compliance: Ensure timely submission of EPF and ESI contributions, maintain accurate records, and stay updated on legal changes regarding labor laws.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, bonuses, deductions, and other benefits.
  • Industrial Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols within the dealership, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Employee Welfare & Grievance Handling: Foster a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Manpower Planning: Assess manpower needs in the Salem and Erode areas, working closely with management to identify resource requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the retail, automotive, or dealership industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EPF, ESI, labor laws, and industrial safety standards.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment and managing HR functions for multiple locations will be an added advantage.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in HR Department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
