Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end payroll processing
• Managing statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
• Maintaining employee records and documentation
• Attendance & leave management
• Coordinating with accounts department for salary processing
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Handling employee queries related to payroll and HR policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Good knowledge of labour laws and HR procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office & payroll software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
