Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive work environment, supporting management in decision-making, and driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational growth and employee development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees.

  • Employee Relations

Act as a liaison between employees and management, address queries, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

  • Performance Management

Support performance appraisal processes by tracking employee goals, coordinating evaluations, providing feedback, and assisting managers in performance improvement plans.

  • Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and training needs, coordinate internal and external training programs, and monitor employee development initiatives to enhance workforce competency.

  • HR Policies & Compliance

Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations; update policies as needed and communicate changes to employees.

  • Payroll & Benefits Coordination

Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, bonuses, and other entitlements.

  • HR Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports on employee metrics (attendance, turnover, etc.), and provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.

  • Talent Management & Retention

Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies to ensure high employee morale and reduce turnover.

  • HR Projects & Process Improvement

Participate in HR projects such as HRIS implementation, policy updates, and process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management
3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
