We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive who can take ownership of HR operations and drive strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Strategy
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
Develop hiring strategies in collaboration with leadership.
Oversee onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Policy Management
Handle complex employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers.
Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure a structured and professional HR environment.
Performance & Development
Lead performance management cycles and appraisal processes.
Design and implement employee development and retention strategies.
Identify training needs and coordinate leadership development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
Support compensation planning and salary benchmarking.
Oversee benefits administration and ensure market competitiveness.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Supervise HR documentation, records, and HRIS systems.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement initiatives and strengthen company culture.
Work closely with leadership to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management independently.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
