About the Role:
We are looking to hire a competent and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and strengthen our human resource functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to work closely with leadership to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit formalities
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor regulations
- Address employee queries and promote a healthy workplace culture
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare periodic HR reports and present workforce updates to management
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professional integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems
