Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment for:
- Sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & references
- Conduct HR screening & interview coordination
- Offer negotiation & position closures within TAT
- Manage hiring for multiple store locations
HR Operations
- Handle joining & exit formalities
- Maintain employee documentation & records
- Assist in onboarding & induction process
- Coordinate attendance, leave & payroll inputs
Performance Management
- Assist in probation reviews
- Maintain HR MIS & employee database
Skills Required
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Prior hiring experience for Sales/Operations roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of HR policies & documentation
- Experience with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
