Senior HR Executive

Our client is a fast-growing B2C brand on a mission to redefine the customer experience—and they know that starts with an incredible team. We are looking for a dynamic HR Operations Leader to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and seamless execution.

Talent Acquisition

• End-to-end recruitment for:

• Store Managers

• Sales Executives

• Telecallers

• Designers

• Operations Staff

• Sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & references

• Conduct HR screening & interview coordination

• Offer negotiation & position closures within TAT

• Manage hiring for multiple store locations

HR Operations

• Handle joining & exit formalities

• Maintain employee documentation & records

• Assist in onboarding & induction process

• Coordinate attendance, leave & payroll inputs

Performance Management

• Assist in probation reviews

• KPI tracking

• Maintain HR MIS & employee database

Skills Required

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Prior hiring experience for Sales/Operations roles

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Knowledge of HR policies & documentation

• Experience with HRMS/ATS tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
