We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing Software House / IT organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing HR functions in a fast-paced tech environment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Position Details
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines.
Conduct background verification and reference checks.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Manage employee feedback surveys and retention strategies.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management
Strengthen employer branding through LinkedIn and job portals.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate development plans.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain required documentation.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
Experience in the IT industry or Software House is a strong plus point.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
