Senior HR Executive

Position: Senior HR Executive

Department: Human Resources
Location: On-site
Timings: UK Shift (e.g., 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT / as per UK business hours)
Off Days: As per company policy

Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, overseeing recruitment processes, and driving employee engagement and employer branding initiatives. The role requires alignment with UK business hours and strong coordination with operational departments.

This position ensures smooth HR operations while supporting business growth through structured hiring, compliance, and people development practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and internal company policies
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates
  • Support payroll coordination with Accounts department
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally
  • Draft HR letters (offer letters, confirmation, warning letters, etc.)
  • Assist in policy development and implementation

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Draft and post job advertisements
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

3. Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies
  • Manage company presence on job portals and LinkedIn
  • Organize employee engagement activities
  • Assist in internal communication initiatives
  • Support performance management processes
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of HR experience (preferably in call center / service industry)
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws
  • Experience in bulk hiring and operational HR
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work in UK shift timings

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
