We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation, contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Promote a positive organizational culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–6 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate or office-based environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
