About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support organizational growth through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Organize employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Generate HR reports and provide insights to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is an advantage.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
