Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to support and manage key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR processes while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle employee lifecycle management, including joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit procedures.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal tracking, and employee feedback.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations to promote a healthy work environment.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and wellness activities.
- Support payroll inputs, compensation, and benefits administration in coordination with finance/accounts teams.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, employee analytics, and management updates.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to employee records and HR audits.
- Assist management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring and workforce requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5+ years of relevant HR experience in IT Industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
