Senior HR Executive for HR Operations

Einfolge Technologies is seeking proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to lead comprehensive HR Operations.

Job Description:

• Manage end to end HR Operations: recruitment,onboarding,engagement, and exit
• Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition aligned with business goals
• Oversee performance management, policy enforcement,and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll with Finance
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and team building activities
• Maintain HRMS and accurate employee records
• Collaborate with department heads on succession planning and career growth
• Conduct ISO 9001:2015 internal audits and ensure compliance
• Draft HR communications: offer letters,increment letters,policy updates
• Continuously improve HR processes and foster cross functional collaboration

Qualification:

Masters degree in HR Management or related discipline

Work experience:

3-7years of experience in HR Operations
