Senior HR Executive (Uae Experience must)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Preparing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
  • Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers for final selection.
  • Managing onboarding and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations

  • Acting as a link between management and employees.
  • Handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensuring a healthy and positive workplace culture.
  • Conducting employee engagement and motivation programs.

3. Training & Development

  • Identifying skill gaps and training needs.
  • Organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Supporting career development and succession planning.
  • Monitoring effectiveness of training initiatives.

4. Performance Management

  • Designing and implementing appraisal systems (KPIs, OKRs, etc.).
  • Conducting performance reviews with managers.
  • Providing feedback and career growth paths.
  • Linking performance with rewards and recognition.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Designing salary structures, increments, and bonuses.
  • Managing payroll and statutory deductions.
  • Overseeing employee benefits (health insurance, allowances, retirement plans).
  • Benchmarking compensation with industry standards.

6. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Drafting HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Managing workplace safety, diversity, and inclusion policies.

7. HR Administration

  • Maintaining employee attendance, leave, and absence records.
  • Managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Preparing HR reports for management.
  • Handling exit interviews and employee offboarding.

8. Strategic HR Role

  • Supporting organizational development and change management.
  • Workforce planning based on company goals.
  • Promoting employer branding and retention strategies.
  • Advising leadership on people management strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
