- Designing salary structures, increments, and bonuses.
- Managing payroll and statutory deductions.

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Drafting HR policies and employee handbooks.

- Maintaining employee attendance, leave, and absence records.
- Managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
