Training & Operations Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional who can combine strong training delivery skills with operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging HR, soft skills, and professional development programs, while simultaneously ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institute’s operations. This dual role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a passion for developing people.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Design, develop, and deliver impactful training sessions in HR, soft skills, leadership, communication, and other professional development areas.
  • Assess learning needs, customize training content, and align programs with organizational objectives.
  • Apply adult learning principles and interactive methodologies to maximize learner engagement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with training trends, emerging learning technologies, and HR best practices to continuously enhance program quality.

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, coordination of training sessions, and managing resources.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of classrooms, trainers, and materials to support smooth training delivery.
  • Support the implementation of organizational policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and monitoring budgets.

Business Development & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the business development team to promote training offerings to corporate and individual clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media updates, event coordination, and client outreach campaigns.
  • Contribute to proposal writing, client presentations, and developing promotional materials.

Team & Client Engagement

  • Serve as the point of contact for trainers, participants, and clients to ensure a seamless training experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent service and support.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to enhance the institute’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in training, HR, or related fields, with exposure to both facilitation and operations.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
  • Driving License is mandatory
  • Skills:
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse learners.
  • High level of organizational and multitasking ability to balance training delivery with operational responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
