Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Generalist based in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee relations, administering HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, coordinating employee benefits, and aiding in performance management. The role also involves supporting the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including employee relations and HR support.
  • Experience with HR Management and implementing HR Policies effectively to align with company goals.
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and managing Benefits Administration processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment legislation is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are an advantage.
