Job Summary:

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, acting as a key point of contact for employees and management. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation to ensure effective people management and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management (joining, confirmation, transfers, exits)
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Administer attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and benefits coordination
  • Support performance appraisal, goal setting, and review processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives
  • Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and SOPs
  • Coordinate training, development, and learning programs
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review
  • Support audits and internal HR reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Experience handling end-to-end HR operations independently
