ey Responsibilities:1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Plan and fulfill manpower requirements for O&M projects at different sites.
- Coordinate recruitment for technical and non-technical staff (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, safety, etc.).
- Handle onboarding, induction, and deployment of employees at project locations.
2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws – Factories Act, Mines Act, CLRA, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESI, and Industrial Disputes Act.
- Liaise with government labour departments and inspectors during audits and inspections.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and returns as per legal requirements.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and shift scheduling for site employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
- Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement and wage revision.
4. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Promote healthy industrial relations at sites and maintain coordination with contractors and unions (if applicable).
- Monitor employee welfare facilities such as accommodation, canteen, and medical support.
5. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and plan technical and safety training programs.
- Conduct orientation, safety awareness, and behavioural training sessions.
- Maintain training records and ensure competency development across all levels.
6. Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems for site employees.
- Set KRAs in coordination with department heads.
- Support management in reward and recognition initiatives.
7. HR Administration & Reporting
- Maintain personal files, and employee databases.
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards (manpower status, attrition, recruitment).
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication between sites and corporate office.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA / PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations
- Experience: 8–15 years of experience in HR within O&M, Power, Steel, or Mining industries
- Knowledge: Statutory compliance, HR operations, IR, safety norms, and site administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
