End to End Blue collar Hiring

Ø Payroll – Restricting of salary to normalize a difference between New & Old Employees. Process payroll of Executive & Contract Labors

Ø Compensation & Benefits – Structured Tax friendly reimbursements. Co-ordinate with account dept. for Tax Calculation for New Joinees, Half yearly & Yearly. Increments / Incentives / Advance payment and Loans & other Deduction.

Ø Provide Monthly Salary Slips to Employees / Form-16, TDS filing every year etc.

Ø HR Statutory Compliance – Monthly filing PF & ESIC challan, PT calculation with help of HR consultant and Internal Account team.

Ø HR Audit - Help for Audit support to any documentation of employee’s information. Updated ERP and Employees filing and other compliances files up to date.

Ø Performance Management – PMS with self-assessment and set KRA and measure with competency data evaluation. Assisting Performance Appraisal KRA and Goal setting

Ø Employee Welfare – Employees Medical Insurance and Workman Compensation Policy & other benefits.

Safety & health and wellness – provide training on Safety Practices at cares for Internal & External team.

Ø Employee Engagement – Monthly Birthday Celebration / Rewards & Recognition / HR & Sales Meet / Festival Celebration – Culture Activities and Team Building and Incentive Programmer etc.

Ø Employee Grievance – Helping employee’s issues & problem solving

Ø Exit Formalities – Track records of resigned employees for retaining and Conduct stay Interview or Exit Interviews for company feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,377.64 - ₹50,000.00 per month
