Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing company policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Establish and maintain organizational hierarchy and structure
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including hiring and onboarding
  • Oversee employee termination and disciplinary procedures in a professional manner
  • Handle payroll management, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment
  • Design and implement HR policies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct performance management and employee evaluations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in policy development and organizational structuring
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
