Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Handle attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, and employee records.
  • Support in performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, PF/ESIC, and statutory requirements.
  • Resolve employee queries and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
  • Assist the HR Manager in policy development, audits, and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate training programs, manpower planning, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Guide junior HR staff and improve HR processes.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance & employee relations.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
