SENIOR MANAGER – HR OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION


Our client in the events industry is seeking a Senior Manager – HR Operations & Administration to lead all HR and administrative functions. The role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with labor laws, and delivery of efficient employee services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead HR administration, payroll, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal procedures.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational efficiency and a positive workplace culture.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (HR degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in the events or creative industry is an advantage.
  • English and Arabic language skill preferred.
