Senior HR Operations - Payroll

Responsible for payroll administration by accurately capturing employee information onto the SAP system.

· Administer employee leave processes by assisting staff with leave queries, conducting leave reconciliations, and maintaining ESS records.

· Execute monthly third-party reconciliations and conduct payroll-related audits to ensure compliance.

· Process timely and accurate monthly payments to employees and third-party entities.

· Ensure accurate and timely employee payment processing in accordance with company policies.

· Maintain comprehensive record-keeping by organizing and filing all payroll documentation for audit readiness.

· Prepare and process off-cycle payments as required.

· Resolve overall payroll queries by investigating discrepancies and providing prompt solutions.

· Support payroll-related financial year-end procedures by collaborating with the Payroll Manager and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting , Business Administration or related HR fields.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or Payroll operations.

· SAP Payroll experience is essential

· English Proficiency (B2 Level).
