About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior HR Professional who excels in communication, has the ability to work under pressure, and possesses strong candidate assessment skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating with clients and employees and drafting employment contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for managing clients and their employees.
• Should be able to negotiate salaries and compensation packages on behalf of clients.
• Must have strong knowledge of legal requirements, labor laws, and HR compliance.
• Ability to handle employee issues, resolve conflicts, and manage relations effectively.
• Should be able to conduct second-round and technical interviews for client hiring.
• Must be capable of preparing and managing payroll for employees.
• Responsible for drafting and managing employment contracts and related HR documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
