Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and work with leadership on workforce planning.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and talent databases.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Process Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and develop strategic talent pipelines.
- Employer Branding: Enhance employer branding initiatives and communicate job opportunities effectively to attract high-caliber talent.
- Reporting & Metrics: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve strategies.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior recruiters and other members of the talent acquisition team.
Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Experience in Bulk Hiring
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective engagement with candidates and internal stakeholders.
